I greatly enjoyed sharing with you recently on how to begin creating time for what really matters in your life—today! These several things will help you immediately to live on purpose proactively instead of just spending time reactively.

Highlights
- You have all the time you need today to do what God wants you to do.

Put the Big Rocks in first! You can proactively allocate time for the Big Rocks to prevent lesser things from needlessly stealing your time. Big Rocks are things like:
- time with God
- time with your spouse
- time with your kids
- exercise
- recharging
- personal development
- spiritual growth.

Create a Master Weekly Calendar. Use your calendar to schedule blocks of time for what matters most—activities that will help you become all you were created to be. Here is a sample weekly template you can use to get started. You can also use your electronic calendar (e.g., Apple Calendar, Outlook) to create recurring weekly events for blocks of time.

Commit to an Energizing Morning Routine. Start the day on purpose, with a purpose, to maximize your focus and energy towards what really matters. The best resource I have ever used and can recommend is The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod. There is plenty of latitude for building your own routine.
