I greatly enjoyed sharing with you recently on how to establish weekly habits that, when done consistently over a long time, will create the family relationships and culture you desire. You can build a great church AND a great family—it doesn’t have to be “either/or”. But it does take intentionality.
Highlights
- Couch Time: Use the first 15 minutes at the end of the workday for undistracted conversation with your spouse.

Meal Time: Eat at least one meal together as a family each day.

Family Time: Spend two hours doing something fun together as a family each week.

Special Time: Spend one hour each week in 1-on-1 time with one of your children on a rotating basis.

Date Time: Set aside time once a week for a date with just your spouse.
