In an earlier post, I wrote about how Gov. Mike Huckabee’s book, Quit Digging Your Grave With A Knife And Fork: A 12-Stop Program To End Bad Habits And Begin A Healthy Lifestyle, helped me make some changes at the first of this year. I’m over 90 days into the new routine and am still going strong. I’m getting quite a few questions about what specific changes I made, so here they are:
- I drink a sufficient amount of purified water each day.
- I walk 30 minutes in the morning, Monday through Saturday.
- I purchased a Total Gym and do strength training at least 3 mornings each week.
- I eat 5 -6 smaller meals each day, focusing on foods in the first two tiers of Michi’s Ladder.
As I said in my earlier post, these few changes have resulted in such rewarding benefits that my motivation to continue has only incresaed. I’ll expound on each of the above steps in future posts. Let me know if you have specific questions.
